Apply a small amount of Blitz & Glitz Fluidline as a base to inner lid, w/ 242 brush, being careful to carry over PAST the pupil of the eye toward outer corner. With the same brush (wiped off) apply Macroviolet on outer third of lid, carrying it up toward outer brow end & about 1/4 inch or so above the crease, fading as you get past the midpoint of the eye (where your pupil center is when you are looking straight ahead). Blend well so edges meld nicely. Apply the grey from Earthly Riches w/ the 239 brush over the B&G FL blending well. If you do this BEFORE the FL sets, it will stay on even better. Apply the violet from Earthly Riches, where the Macroviolet is & blend well. Blend Frostlite FL as a highlight under the brow & over the edges of the Macroviolet/Earthly Riches area. Use a 217 brush w/ Fairylite or Vanilla Pigment, windshield wiper style, & apply as a highlighter- making sure to blend all edges. Line w/ Macroviolet or Blitz & Glitz FL.

Take a neutral shimmery shade (Naked Lunch, Shroom, Nars AAE) & apply from your lash line to brow bone. Take a medium silver shade (Silver Ring or Electra) & take it from lash line to crease. Liner your top lash line w/ black liner. Take a deep silver shade (Knight Divine) & using a brush, draw a thick line of e/s over you liner & smoke it up into the medium silver. It should look soft & smoky & the e/s will blend together. Line your bottom lashes w/ the deep silver. You can use a black liner for more impact.

Wash of White Frost, Print, & did a heavy line around the eye, which I then smudged upward toward the crease, just blending it out as I went. I put Electra lightly on top of that & a little heavier at the inner eye. Lined the eyelid w/ Black Tied. This alone would have been a great smoky eye, especially if I would have gone a little heavier, but I used Felt Blue & put it on the outer eye & blended into the greys.

He used Electric Eel to line, Gleam to highlight & Swish to contour. The effect was surprising subtle. The combo gave more spice then just neutrals but it still looked definately subtle & natural.

For a great smoky/teal look, begin w/ a base of Sea Me Shadestick. Apply from lash to crease & blend w/ brush #252. Tap Teal Pigment on top using the same brush. Using brush #224, sweep Electric Eel through the entire crease. Deepen the crease & outer corners of your eyes w/ Plumage. Highlight the inner corner of the eye & under the brow w/ Vanilla Pigment. Line the upper & lower lash lines w/ Smolder Eye Kohl. Apply some of the Teal Pigment under your lower lashes using # 219 Brush. This will make your look more smoky. Too many steps? Just use Black Tied & Shimmermoss w/ Crystal Avalanche on the inner corner of the eye.

Illusionary as a brow highlight. Using your finger, smooth a sheer layer of Frostlite Fluidline over your eyelid as a base. W/ a 224 Brush, shade the outer crease w/ Burning Ambition & the inner crease w/ Heat. This will lighten up the whole eye & provide a blended contrast. Line the upper lash line w/ Graphic Brown Fluidline & use the 219 Brush & Burning Ambition to shade along the lower lash line.

Sweep Heat across the whole eyelid & up to the brow bone. Darken the crease using a blend of Element & Embark Eye Shadow w/ the 217 Brush. Using the same brush, shade closely below the lower lash line w/ Element. Line the top & bottom lash line w/ Graphic Brown Fluidline & a 228 Brush.

Elite in crease, Gorgeous Gold on lid & highlight w/ Goldbit.

Sweeten Up, Amber lights, Embark & Phloof to highlight -makes my blue eyes POP!

Nars AAE-The satin finish side is gorgeous to use as a highlighter on skin any that is NC25 & up most people wouldnt think to use the SATIN finish side there. If you like the look of a glossy eye but dont want to bother touching up all night, I find that if I apply the satin side to the lid, the shimmer side to the brow bone, inner corner of eye & along the bottom lashes w/ a STIFF FLAT BRUSH & then use a small spray bottle that \"mists\" nicely to spray water over the shadows the pigments flatten & become 4-5 times as shimmery & end up looking more like gloss than shimmer. This tip also works w/ any metallic shadows. -My favorite neutral eye is: Satin finish on lid to just above crease, & around eyes, shimmer side on brow bone lightly. I then take Teddy Eye Kohl from MAC & smudge the liner into the top lash line. I use an angle brush to press a dark brown shadow over the teddy liner to set & create a smoky line (Embark from MAC). Curl lashes, tons of mascara. I pair this w/ a bronzy semi matte blush or bronzer (Laguna from NARS) & a hint of pink or golden pink blush on the apple of the cheek (Orgasm) I then line lips w/ stripdown liner from MAC & apply Belle Du Jour lipstick to lips making sure to blend liner until its undetectable. Apply a creamy beige gloss to center of lips (Chelsea girls from NARS). If its Evening & Im doing this face, I ALWAY use Root CCB & Taupe Blush to Contour the face.

Mediteranee- orange in my crease, a little on the outer lid & blended up to the brow on the outer side of the brow. I wear the lighter color on the inside & middle of my lid & brow. I use Embark as a liner & Vanilla as a light wash to tone everything down a bit.

Margin blush, Taffy sheer shimmer powder over blush, & on nose & forehead, Bare Canvas paint as base for eyes, Nylon on brow bone, Snappy in crease, Velvet Moss on lid, Teddy to line upper lash line, Embark shadow to line lower lashes.

I LOVE Creme de Violet all over the lid, Parfait Amour on the outer ½ blended w/ the Crème de Violet. Line w/ Contrast or Embark. Prunella smudged under the lashes.

A Bluer Blue as a wash (rich blue turquoise w/shimmer) & Embark (matte reddish brown) in the crease w/ a little bit of Blue Brown dabbed down the center of the lid.

Love Bud w/ Antiqued & Embark for a smoky eye. Teddy to line.

Trax on the outer corners & swept along the lower lash line w/ Digit, Orb, or Shroom as a wash; Sketch, Shadowy Lady, or Embark to line the upper lids. I also like these combos w/ Trax on the lid.
