  • Courage on center of lid, Take Wing on inner & outer lid, Espresso on inner crease, Well Plumed on outer crease, Shroom to highlight, Permaplum to line.
  • Guerlain #144 as base, Bravado on outer 1/2 if lid, Restless on inner 1/2 of eye & into crease w/ 222, Take Wing wet to line, Tickles above crease, NARS Night Star on brow bone, Wildly Flirtatious mascara, Buerre l/l, Instinctive l/s, Truth & Light l/g.
  • Shroom (on lid), Expresso (outer 2/3 lid), Take Wing (outer 1/3), Dovefeather (contour), Retrospeck (brow bone highlighter).
tan pigment
  • Tan Pigment all over, Coco Beach Pigment in crease. Dipdown to line upper lid, Blue Peep to line lower.
  • Tan as a wash on the lid & then apply Coco Beach from the upper lash line all over the lid but diffusing it as it goes up so that some Tan still peeks through near the crease. Then I line the upper & lower lash lines w/ either Teddy kohl or Coco Beach wet & smudge a bit.
  • Tan Pigment w/ Bronze.
  • Apricot Pink Pigment on lids, Tan Pigment in crease.
  • Club looks awesome w/ a tan color on the lid, such as Tan Pigment or All that Glitters.
  • Pinked Mauve Pigment looks amazing w/ Tan Pigment.

  • The MA put Vex over Tan Ray paint & it was a cool combo.
  • Tan Ray Paint as the base, Romp on the lid, Amber lights or Juiced on the crease, Nylon on the brow bone & inner corner of the eye.
  • Tan Ray Paint on lid & blended out just above crease, Melon Pigment inside corners, Coco Beach Pigment on outer corner to form a > then all blended well, Brule on brow bone, Teddy to line & smoked out. I am so in love w/ this eye look!!! It is truly gorgeous!

TARNISH EYE KOHL
  • Tarnish Eye Kohl as a base to color in your eyelids & crease, Femme Noir on top w/ #242. teal pigment
  • Sea Me Shadestick as a base w/ Cornflower Pigment blended over it on the eyelid. Then I blend the Teal Pigment in the crease. I use Golden Lemon Pigment to highlight & then blend some of this pigment under my eyes to open them up. I like to use a shadow like Blu-Noir or Contrast to line.
  • Tres Teal w/ Steel Blue Pigment in crease. Or w/ Teal Pigment.
  • Tres Teal (or Teal) paired w/ Deep Truth at the outer >, TT inner crease w/ Electra or Nylon on lid.

  • Gold Dusk as wash, Waternymph in outter >, Teal Pigment in crease. Blend. Line w/ Blitz & Glitz & then go over this w/ Blue Brown Pigment.   • Chartru Paint as a base, Golden Lemon Pigment on the inner third & lower inner corner, Golden Olive Pigment blended into center of lid, Teal Pigment blended into outer > & crease (blended the crap out of all of those colors) White Gold Pigment to highlight, Smashbox Cream liner in Caviar to thinly line/tightline top, Blue Peep Fluidline to line lower inner rim, Golden Olive to line lower lids.

  • Sweet Sienna Pigment on lid, Teal Pigment in crease. It’s gorgeous.

  • For a great smoky/teal look, begin w/ a base of Sea Me Shadestick. Apply from lash to crease & blend w/ brush #252. Tap Teal Pigment on top using the same brush. Using brush #224, sweep Electric Eel through the entire crease. Deepen the crease & outer corners of your eyes w/ Plumage. Highlight the inner corner of the eye & under the brow w/ Vanilla Pigment. Line the upper & lower lash lines w/ Smolder Eye Kohl. Apply some of the Teal Pigment under your lower lashes using # 219 Brush. This will make your look more smoky. Too many steps? Just use Black Tied & Shimmermoss w/ Crystal Avalanche on the inner corner of the eye.

  • Mediteranee Duo-I've worn it several ways: w/ the gold shade from lash to crease & the orange in the crease/>; in the crease w/ Paradisco on inner 1/3 & Tempting on outer 2/3 od lid; & w/ swimming on lid & the orange half over black eyeliner.
  • Honesty/Mulch, Honey Lust/Bronze, Mulch/Black Tied, Mulch/Tempting.I used MAC Cream Colour Base in Dusk for a base. Then I packed on the first color mentioned onto the lid area w/ MAC brush #213. I then applied the second color mentioned onto the outer 1/3 of the eye area w/ MAC brush #224. I use the 224 brush to blend the colors together where they meet, & use a windshield-wiper motion to sweep the shadow back & forth along & the crease to blend it, winging it out slightly at the outer corners yet following along my natural eye shape. For some of them (especially in the last pic), I used a small brush like MAC #228 & swept the darker color along the lower lash line, then blended it w/ a q-tip or my finger. I lined w/ black liner & toppped off w/ black mascara. You could even do this look w/ just one e/s color, but blending is key no matter how you do it!

  • Shroom as a base, Tempting on the lid & blended, Romp into the crease. To further define & add depth to this smoky eye I added Woman 'Fudge' shadow in a semi-hard line in the crease & smudged it into the lash lines, top & bottom. Powersurge lines the inner lid & to finish.
  • Electric Eel w/ Tilt, Juxt, Tempting, Swish/Hepcat, Sushi Flower or Chrome Yellow.

  • Fawntastic CCB to highligpt brow bone, Mink Pink in crease & a little higher, Tempting on middle of lid, Femme Noir framed the Tempting in a > on inner & outer corners & to line the upper & lower lash lines. It was blended w/ a little more Mink Pink on top of outer crease. Lined inner rims w/ Tarnish & a pale yellow just on inside corners.
  • Patina all over lid, Tempting from lash line to above crease & lining lower lash line, Mystery just on lids, Honey Lust on brow bone to highlight.

texture (veluxe pearl)
  • Shroom as all-over base color, the bronze of Texture on her lid & the metallic moss of Club. Tarnish to line. Strip Down, Frolic & Varneesh. Melba Blush. First, apply a pale silver/beige shadow all over the entire lid as a base coat. (This color can also be used to highlight the top of the cheekbone, just under the eye.) Then, working w/ a warm bronze shadow, use a blending brush to sweep the color across the eyelid & up into the crease. Start the color lightly & build the intensity slowly. Using a black eye gloss, Nadine used a brush to gently push this color into the lid. Keep the color more concentrated & wet looking toward the lash line & a bit more subtle & sheer toward the crease. To set the gloss & add a little sizzle to the look, Nadine pressed a shimmering metallic green shadow over the gloss & used a liner brush to also press this color into the lower lash line. It’s important to press the color & not sweep it. If you sweep you’ll end up w/ a lot of shadow fallout. W/ a green/black eyeliner pencil line the inside of both the top & bottom lashes. Go back over the bottom lashes running the pencil along the outer edge. Make sure to blend & slightly smudge this color. According to Nadine, "The key to a smoky look is all in the blending. There should be no hard lines, thus the name ‘smoky’!"
  • For blue eyes: Texture patted on lids w/ #239 brush, Gleam in crease w/ #225, Ricepaper on brow bone.
  • Shroom all over, Texture on lid, black cream e/s starting at the lash line & fading up, press Club into the black e/s & to line the eyes over a black e/l.
  • Portraiture paint on lid & sheered out to slightly above crease Texture pressed onto lid, Mystery on outer corner, & blended slightly above crease, but only about 1/3 of the way across my eye, Mylar to highlight.
  • Ricepaper as a wash, Texture on lid blended up, Sketch in crease blended well.
  • Vellum highlight Paradisco on lid, Surreal in crease followed by Texture. Texture being darker on the outer crease fading inward so that the Surreal peeks through.Embark on outer > (very important to not apply too dark) Blend blend blend well. Carbon on upper lash line.
  • Magrittes Paint looks really pretty w/ Texture.
  • Orb all over, Paradisco on lid & either Orange, Rule, Texture in crease.

  • Apply Tilt to your eyelids only. Pat this color on w/ a flat/firm brush. W/ the #242 brush apply 2-3 layers to make the color more vibrant. Remember to pat the color on. Next in your crease apply Mulch. Use the #224 brush to add the Mulch. Phone Number Kohl to line upper & lower lashes.

  • Retrospeck is hugely versatile. It's easily become one of my very favorite shadows. What else do you have?   • Fascinating Kohl is an excellent eye shadow base! I've always had trouble getting some of the lighter MAC frosts like Tilt & Surreal to show up, so I tried using Fascinating underneath (I draw the white pencil on my finger, then apply it on the lid). It made those shades look as vibrant on as they are in the pans!I think this tip was on the MAC site a while ago, but I'm here to testify that this technique really does work!

  • I'm in the habit of doing a reverse shadow on the eyes...normally I would take Amber Lights lash line to brow well blended & then in the inner corner draw a straight line (w/ Trax for example)from the inner point of the eye to the brow & blend outwards...it creates this smoky contoured intense look...it really defines the eyes & if you use subtle colors-its a nice effect too.
